Sebastopol English Country Dance
November 19 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm$5 – $15
Different time and venue! 6:30-9 at St. John’s Episcopal in Petaluma so that our dancing friends visiting for the Fall Frolick Weekend can join us.
Caller: Dan Blim
Band: Gary Thomas (piano), Lisa Doyle (violin), Judy Linsenberg (recorder)
New dancers are welcome and should come early for new dancer instruction at 5:45 (no partner necessary). Wear smooth-soled, low-heeled shoes. Admission is $15, $5 for dancers 30 or younger. If you’re comfortably able to pay more than $15, those few extra dollars will help support our series as we all recover from the pandemic. This is a fragrance-free event, so no perfume or scented products please.
Because of ongoing COVID-19:
— There is a limit of 60 attendees, and preregistration is encouraged (though not required). To preregister, please email Tom at firstname.lastname@example.org.
— Unless otherwise specified, the NBCDS Sebastopol English dance will also require the wearing of appropriate masks. N95, KN95, KF94 and technical cloth masks, such as Enro Tech Mask, Happy Mask Pro, Proper Cloth Mask, Graf Lantz Zenbu Mask, and Kitsbow Face Mask, are acceptable. Your old cloth masks will need to be retired for our dance, sorry.
— If you are not feeling well the day of the dance please stay home to protect yourself and others.
— During the break we ask dancers keep their masks on while collecting snacks in the kitchen and waiting to unmask until outdoors.
— Please avoid wearing any scented products.
— Please mention the dance to friends!
