Prices for the full weekend:

- Young Adult: $130 (for ages 18 to 30)

- Youth: free (for ages 17 and under)

Young Adult (ages 18 – 30) Scholarships
In honor of Marlene Mahan, a vibrant dancer and former board member, we are offering two full scholarships for young adults. If you are interested in applying for this, check the box on your registration form.
NEW: Liability Waiver
Injuries and related claims as well as medical emergencies at other events have prompted us to begin requiring that all attendees agree to a liability waiver when they register in order to attend Epicenter. While it may seem overly detailed compared to what other events have required, the intent is to have terms that are clear, comprehensive, and in line with California laws so that all parties are protected. We appreciate your understanding.

COVID and Health Policy
- Masks are optional for all participants at Epicenter.
- NBCDS strongly encourages vaccination and current boosters for all participants but we will not be requiring vaccination for this event.
- The Epicenter committee and NBCDS strongly encourage all participants to test for COVID-19 before attending but we will not be requiring testing for this event.
- Participants agree to notify the Epicenter registrar if they become ill or test positive for COVID-19 within 5 days after the event. NBCDS will inform participants if a positive case is reported but will not disclose the identity of the infected person(s).
- Participants agree not to attend Epicenter if they are feeling ill.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee. After March 6, 2026 the full fee will be retained unless we are able to fill your place.
