Start 2027 on the right foot with a contra at St John’s in Petaluma — Happy New Year, NBCDS! Join or renew your membership to support the organization which provides over 75 dances with live music in the North Bay. Memberships help cover our overhead costs – insurance, bookkeeping, CDSS affiliate fees, storage, etc. Join online right now or in person at your next dance.

New to contra? Arrive at 6pm for an orientation to contra structure and basic moves. Come on your own or with a friend. All dances are called, and experienced dancers will help you learn the ropes. Wear comfortable clothes and non-marking shoes — athletic shoes are great. Bring a water bottle and prepare to smile a lot. Contra is a great way to meet that New Year resolution to exercise more….while having tons of fun. See you on the dance floor!
