DESCRIPTION:Caller: Alex Deis-Lauby (NY)\nBand: Gary Thomas (piano)\, Jon Berger (violin)\, Judy Linsenberg (recorder) \nNew dancers are welcome and should come early for new dancer instruction at 1:45 (no partner necessary). Wear smooth-soled\, low-heeled shoes. Admission is $13 for members and affiliates\, $15 for non-members\, $5 for dancers 30 or younger.  If you’re comfortably able to pay the $15\, those few extra dollars will help support our series as we all recover from the pandemic.  This is a fragrance-free event\, so no perfume or scented products please. \nBecause of ongoing COVID-19: \n\n\n— There is a limit of 48 attendees\, and preregistration is encouraged (though not required). To preregister\, please email Tom at tspittler@gmail.com. \n— Unless otherwise specified\, the NBCDS Sebastopol English dance will also require the wearing of appropriate masks.  N95\, KN95\, KF94 and technical cloth masks\, such as Enro Tech Mask\, Happy Mask Pro\, Proper Cloth Mask\, Graf Lantz Zenbu Mask\, and Kitsbow Face Mask\, are acceptable. DESCRIPTION: \nOut-of-town talent playing at American Week in the Santa Cruz mountains will swing north to regale us North Bay folks in Petaluma for the July contra.  Alex Deis-Lauby hails from New York\, and she called at Epicenter in April this year. George Paul\, keyboardist for Potent Brew and many other contra bands\, established the tradition of Waltzes Before Breakfast at AmWeek and will certainly delight us with a few original waltzes during the evening.
